The Aubert family’s long standing history in Vouvray dates back to 1823. Today Jean-Claude Aubert and his son Didier keep up the tradition, overseeing a 30 hectare estate.
Domaine Aux Moines is owned and managed by mother and daughter partnership Monique and Tessa Laroche who produce excellent wines in the Savennières-Roche-aux-Moines.
